1. How to Download Your eBook

After completing your purchase, you’ll instantly receive an email from MarkCOverton.online containing your secure download link.

Simply click the link to open or save your eBook file to your preferred device.

  • 📱 On a phone or tablet: Tap the download link, then use your device’s “Share” or “Save to Files” option to store it in Books, Kindle, or another reading app.
  • 💻 On a computer: Click the download link, then select Save As to store the file on your desktop or downloads folder.

2. Didn’t Receive Your Download Email?

If your eBook email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes:

  1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
  2. Search your inbox for the subject line: “Your eBook Download from MarkCOverton.online.”
  3. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@markcoverton.online — we’ll resend your link promptly.

3. Link Expired or Not Working

For security, download links remain active for 30 days.

If your link has expired or shows an error message:

  • Email support@markcoverton.online with your order number and email address.
  • We’ll verify your purchase and send a new active link within 24 hours.

4. How to Open Your eBook

All eBooks are provided in PDF format, compatible with nearly all devices.

You can open the file using:

  • Apple Books (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
  • Google Play Books (Android, Chromebook)
  • Kindle app (upload via “Send to Kindle”)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows or Mac)

5. Backup & Access

We recommend saving a backup copy of your eBook to your preferred storage service (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox).

If you lose access, simply email us and we’ll help you restore your purchase.
